Reclaimed rustic pine is used with a variation of natural imperfections including knots, cracks, and uneven surfaces, all of which is finished with a subtle chalky grey wash. We love a good rustic classic and all the characteristics that come with it. Small knots, cracks and colour variation are all part of the appearance and quirkiness and shouldn’t be deemed a fault. These features are all part of real natural wood, particularly with recycled timbers. As with all real wood furniture there is likely to be some movement, especially as the timber adjusts to its new atmospheric environment within your home. Care should be taken to avoid extreme heat and moisture, which may adversely affect the product.
